Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Due to the medical constraints of my dad, I can't think of moving out of Kolkata....

Presently, I am paid decently in TCS...got offers from KPMG and LTI...but then couldn't accept them and stopped my job search ...

But if at some point when I would feel saturated with the work at TCS...

Can u guys help me by naming good companies in Kolkata...that I could consider as an option in future...?
