My current salary is 12 LPA, should I leave deloitte or not.

Also in next 2 months I might get promoted here, it’s very likely.
But again I am pretty sure they can’t match the offer.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?

Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)
