Hi Fishes, please please suggest me. I'm very much confused which org to join. I've offers from Tiger Anlaytics and Thomson Reuters for a data scientist role. I saw people suggesting Tiger analytics over Thomson. Is there any reason behind this? And is it a good idea to not join in Thomson (product based). Both are offering same package.

Any one working in BCG "gamma C" India team ?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hello guys,
Today I had salary negotiation with Capgemini , they are offering 15 lpa with 10% variable. I feel this is a bit low based on current market standards. I asked for 20 initially, but they are not willing to go beyond 15 without any counter offer. HR flat out rejected 20 saying business will not approve. what is the max they will give after providing counter offer? And if i join around November, when will i be eligible for next appraisal? They are offering c1 band.

+1. I am also curious to know
All are good but I would go with tiger analytics.

At the moment, I've the same package from both the orgs.
Join Thompson and save yourself dude. Go in a product based firm. Ask for a slightly higher pay than Tiger to Thompson.
