I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. I have offers from Airtel and VMware, can anyone suggest which one would be better.
Package is almost same, it's just that airtel is giving all fixed but VMware has annual bonus and RSU's.

Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
