After 5 months, my manager asked me to rejoin considering the fact that the learning curve and responsibility is better there. Should i go with it?

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. In 2021, I didn't do offer shopping, beacause I looked for well-being and work-life balance. After joining I realised that work-life and well-being soley doesn't depends on compensation, it depends on company,team members, project/product,manager, work-place, location as well.
