My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.

Which one to join LTI or a small product company. Rpa technology, I know the work is support work in LTI and position is senior developer and in product elecronics company its a very small firm in india however it's subsidiaries are all over the world.
