Work is fine but life is not. My partner wants to keep the amount that earned to oneself, doesn't want to do a joint investment, till 8 years i have been spending everything and now at the time of investment, partner is insisting to take the property on oneself name not on joint.

I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything. My manager nominated me for judging a small programme happing virtually with two other head of the Department, but when I joined the programme someone from office outside was included for that with director and those two HODs were also not there... I prepared my speech, well dressed up but when hosts announce the name of judges I felt bad... he could have atleast informed me... everytime he does the same kind of thing and than says in corporate sector types of politics happens...
