Hi Fishes, YOE- 7.9 Current salary- 15.46 LPA Fixed. Current organisation- Accenture. I have 3 offers at present. Nagarro- 24 LPA ( 5% variable) - Staff Engineer HCL- 25 LPA Fixed- Senior Lead Engineer. But they mentioned that Fixed part will only be there for 1 year and then variable will be added (strange clause). 2 lacs joining bonus. TCS- 25.5 LPA ( 2.56 lacs as QVB) - Assistant Consultant. 2 lacs joining bonus promised by project. Please suggest which one to join.

I have joined EY in Feb 2022 and till date didn’t get a project. but now i have been assigned to a non technical project. When i check woth my manger/counsellor she told me continue in the project for arkeast 6 months But I don’t want to as it is of no use in my carrier What should i do? Shall i resign?
