These are the topics I plan to cover: their journey to the company, challenges the team is facing/what a junior analyst would face, what skills I should be working on, and who I should be connecting with to land a role on the team. Question to the audience, what specific questions should I be asking to get a better understanding of the team/make a good first impression?

I started interviewing with a company back in January but they were taking while to make a decision so I put them out of my mind. Fast forward to last week and I found out that I’m newly pregnant. Now, I was offered the job. I don’t know what to do! I hate my current job and this new company seems like a better fit. Do I tell them before I accept the role? I know it’s very early and anything could happen with this pregnancy but I’m torn. Advice would be so helpful!
