Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

What do you think about working for a defense and space contractor? I currently work at a large space contractor and it’s awful. Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?
