What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? Since we all have been looking at so many posts here, and even when we are at much better places, packages, having quality work, most are still feeling - not enough, not contend.
Just wanted to bring that awareness back to look at oneself without comparing.
Everyone did not have the same journey, every will not walk the same road ahead.

In beginning of your career Never stay in any company more than 5yrs if you are not getting top rating & more than 10% hike continuously.
Staying in a company where your CTC is lower than peers and getting poor hike is the biggest mistake any candidate can make.

Is it advisable to switch from Support role to a Developer role after 6 years( This is a devloper role for a niche skill for which not much data will be available on Internet)
