I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice? Just a quick review of a matchmaking site - Blend Matching. I paid for 2 months and never received a single follow up after the initial matchmaker call (which I had 1 week after I signed up). $25/month but not worth it.
