I have 5 years of Angular and 3 years of Java experience, currently at HCL. Hotfoot Technologies (for a Frontend role (with Java backend exposure), shared only an LOI (no offer letter)
and verbally mentioned 9 LPA, saying the offer letter will be given at joining. I have a 75–90 day notice period, and they asked me to share my last working day once confirmed.

Is it safe to resign based on an LOI and verbal commitment, or should I wait?

I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Does anyone else just not even want to be a people manager anymore?! The amount of work this is taking, I’m just so over it. In addition to them piling on my work (which is a full time job) the people management stuff is just as much a full time job that no one in management seems to take into account.
