Hi Folks I have an offer with NielsenIQ and Ford Motor Company

YOE: 7.9
Skill: Frontend (react)

NielsenIQ : 28 + 2.8
Ford Motor Company : 28.8 + 3.8

Package almost similar but Ford has extra 2L in overall CTC.
One of the concerns is travel as NielsenIQ is nearby for me whereas I need to travel to 40km for Ford.
Can anyone give me an idea of which to choose Is travel worth to choose Ford over NIQ Please suggest,

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners.
