Depends on your priority. If learning is the requirement , join the startup, you would be a workhorse there , so whatever you might learn in 2 years in jio or any other big firm , you would learn that in just 6-9 months in startup.
By your experience, doesn't look like you are married, i might be wrong, but the point here is in your early career focus on learning, that will serve you in the long run . Again , if you need the money and that is your priority, jio is paying pretty good salary. Sit down and list your requirements, decide accordingly.
I don't get the point when someone says learning, I believe in applying, and basically companies are also looking for someone who can deliver right, company is not paying me to learn, so I don't have a problem in learning something and delivering and in fact I'm confident on my learning and that's why I have a problem when company is not paying what I believe I deserve
