Hi folks I have recently passed CISSP certification. But I am not sure how to use it to improve from carrer stand point.

Does CISSP really help me to get a job with good pay? . I have 5 TOE in cyber security.
After completing the certification in enthuasim, I got know it's manager level cert and will it be usefull for me at my current phase of the carrer Or job?
