I need some info on the TCS hiring process. I have cleared my interviews on May 9th. Then UAN check happened on May 14th. Then, I received an email to upload all my documents on ibegin portal. I have uploaded accordingly, but the status is just "Candidate Registered". Also, I am still yet to have Salary discussion.
Is this the same process with everyone? Also when they will release offer letter? Please suggest.

I recently completed two rounds of Interview,
01 with the hiring managers (Senior Vice President & Vice President) and second was with the Director, the second round happened approx. 2 weeks back, currently my job application status shows as "Business Review" can someone shed a light on what this means and how long does it take for Citi to get back with an answer i.e. am i selected or rejected.

What is the variable pay does Macquarie give year on year ? And is there a surety that we will surely get a decent variable pay as well over our fixed package since I don't find anything mentioned regarding this variable pay in my offer letter. Yoe- 8 and tech - selenium testing, and position- assistant manager.
If yes, how much one can expect in variable pay for fixed compensation of around 25-30lpa.

Received an offer at 300k/year and a Google offer at 200k/year.
I wanted Google since I started the whole interview process, but I am now not sure given the salary difference.

The position at Google is more junior and the team is just being formed, which involves more risk. However, I like the team at the other company.

The difference in salary is really considerable to push me to rethink this. Is it worth it? Can you share your experiences of when you accepted a lower job offer and why?

I applied and have made it to the final round of interviews that’s this week. However I still have not received confirmation on your salary yet. This will take some time. Will respond back to you as and when there is an update pls. Ibegin status -Evaluation is in progress. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
