Hi Folks,

I recently completed the Skill and Final Interviews at Accenture for an Application Support Engineer (PySpark) role in Bangalore (Management Level 11). I have 2.3 years of experience in Big Data Production Support, and my current CTC is ₹4.71 LPA.

What would be a reasonable and safe CTC expectation to quote during HR discussions? Looking for advice from anyone with similar experience.

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

I recently left EY to take up a very senior role at a Tech firm. Feel so much better and happier. The firm has already given me a parking space in Canary Wharf, a brand new S22 Ultra, S Watch 5 Pro, S8+ Galaxy Tab and my own corner office 😊

Would you lie to get an offer from dream company? Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?
