I’m looking for a solution that is easily scalable for upskiling staff in AI/ML, particularly a low code solution. I came across to Alteryx. Could anyone using this share some insights about what use cases you’ve utilized Alteryx for? And once it is used, in what form you delivered the code to clients?

I just found out that people bill more than 8 hours in a day to help with utilization (ie. submitting 8.5 or 9 hours as a standard day). Is this common practice?

How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.

In the last PDM town hall, they said they were going to lower utilization targets for those that work on projects with capped hours. For those people, have you seen your utilization target lowered? I haven’t seen shit change for me.

I wish admin utilized Tier 1 supports with teachers. Smiles, appreciations and acknowledging ones efforts would do a great deal to boost morale and climate. I just don’t understand what that is so hard to do.
