Hr asked for documents and also had a call for salary discussion.
Now they have asked me to attend L3 interview Tomrw?
Any idea why they want to have one more round after HR discussion?

Ah! A recruiter emailed me saying they saw I applied for a role as a referred candidate, and they are “sharing my resume with the recruiter supporting this role for further review.” Is this a good sign? I’m surprised a recruiter reached out about my application who isn’t the recruiter for the job. Trying to moderate my hope if it’s not actually that promising?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?

Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. The work seems like it’s not a good fit for me but it feels crazy to pass up trying to get that amount of money when there really isn’t a realistic alternative to that amount of wealth (and I do want that amount of wealth).

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range
