May i know what would be the salary range including RSU's for senior finance Analyst role at paypal. I have 5 YOE. CCTC 22 LPA. Initially told HR that I'm ok with 26LPA to get the interview chance. Now all rounds are over and HR said they will contact me next week to offer negotiation. Will they accomodate if i ask more now? Maybe upto 30+ LPA

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Biz owners/entrepreneurs: Any tips on how to answer questions where the interviewer would want to know why I’d want to work for a company if I have my own. I’d want to reassure them that I have no intentions of leaving their company for mine or that there wouldn’t be competing priorities between us. I have a small photography biz.
