I was one of the first people to get a CSR when it first came out - can I downgrade to a CSP and get the CSP bonus? Or how do I take advantage of the 100k CSP signup bonus?

Do people proactively begin finding work when they know they may be low on work soon? Or do they just wait until they actually don’t have enough work to fill their days? Have a larger project that is winding down and my main case is slowing down a bit so I anticipate potentially needing to find more work soon, and I was unsure if that was something I needed to worry about.

After 1 month of joining Genpact, they are saying the process is not coming for which u were hired nd u'll get the laptop when we'll get any project. Also I was selected for Hyderabad location, now my base location is showing as Gurgaon on gsocial app

Attended a top 5 UG and have 1 YOE. Doing mostly public sector work right now. Hours are fine, but pay is not at all competitive and the work is slow and not interesting. Thinking of exiting to something that’s more intense and stimulating. Thoughts on next steps? Should I try to apply and lateral to a different firm that isn’t so public sector focused?
