Hi folks need your inputs for deciding between Capgemini and Qualitest. Qualitest is giving me 10.5 lpa and Capgemini is giving 11.5 lpa with 50 k joining bonus. I have a small kid and looking for company which can give me good worklife balance.please share your thoughts

What do you do when a junior flat out refuses to do work? Tried to staff a junior who told me she was at capacity…everyone is busy and she’s billing at 45-50 hrs a week while others bill 50-60. The staffing coordinator was the one who told me she’s available.

Hi everyone, Deloitte is asking me to sign a 18 months contractual bond in lieu of the joining bonus they are offering and a retention bonus payable after 12 months again with a 12 month bond, which effectively means a 24 month bond period. Is it normal with Deloitte? Can anyone share their perspective please? Thanks!
