Hi fishes, I've 3.4 Yoe. Got an offer from Autodesk for the role of software engineer. The offer comprises 17L fixed+1.36L Variable Pay + 1.5 L joining bonus + 30000$ rsu for 3 years. I still have a month notice period. Is this a good offer or can i try others. Appreciate your suggestions.

LTI is just taking interviews and not giving offer letter after hr discussion. Experienced this.
They are probably taking market pulse so that they can map skills with current salaries n expected salaries in the market.
Let me tell you some facts. My roommate is a HR. I have seen the whole process from a HR's side as well. HRs performance is measured by how many candidates they screened or how many interviews they scheduled and most importantly how many low cost good candidates joined. In the last few days, i have seen HRs scheduling interviews just for the sake of increasing their scheduled interview count. I asked in the screening call itself the whole process, any ctc constraints, the tech stack but later any of these becomes the issue. It's really disappointing but I guess there's nothing in our hands.
After seeing all this, i don't see anything wrong in getting multiple offers and ghosting HRs. If they can do it, we can do it. There is no way of knowing who's on your side.
I agree...since 16th January 2023, I received so many screening calls from recruiters, but sheduled only 3 interviews out of them, and I have 1 offer in hand till date.
The process is very different, as I thought.
I also experienced this they asked me to fill forms and submit documents after selection and I waited almost 2 months for the offer letter all the time HR said it's in approval state wait for sometime..thank God I had other offer and joined that one but with LTI very bad experience I had.

Why to worry when you have not put the resignation.. It is point of worry when they would have said this during the joining..
First of all do not worry and please move on for next opportunity this is mostly they might have found a candidate with low budget than you. And to be honest its not that much great company to worry you will surely get good offer soon. And do not have much hope on this and distract yourself.
It's not only mindtree .. cognizant also ...after giving all interviews now HR not responding my calls
Don't worry people..I have taken the revenge on behalf of you people..I took the offer letter and ditched HR by not answering the calls near to my joining date, the reason was.. they promise one CTC and releases another CTC and when I try to connect with them through several channels just to discuss they don't even bother to reply my emails / recieve the calls..
LTI mindtree HR told me that you cleared all rounds but all the positions have gone on Hold and HR does not know what to do with people who have already received the offer letter. Product based companies are cutting on projects and that is affecting LTI Mindtree.
Since when you are waiting for the offer?

I had very bad experience with mindtree, calsoft, accolite digital. All these companies completed technical rounds and finally didn't release offer due to budget crunch or position hold. Three times faced this problem.
Yeah this is becoming trend nowadays.
They not release offer letter easily..so as per my view keep searching another job you will get better option
Mind tree only takes interviews and does not release offer letters.. I was selected and had a similar situation, HR would not respond after that.. my HR was Madhusmita Routray and there are several people who have reported this over LinkedIn as well. don't depend on them look for new opportunities
If they don't want to hire then why are they unnecessarily taking interviews?
I too gave the interview. Everything went well, but no offer letter generated

Don’t resign in this time don’t search for jobs. Stay where you are or else you will be ghosted by HR people.
Recession has nothing to do with this..same.thing happened with from cognizant side even i got the offer letter 3 times but due to bgv reason they keep on delaying my entry pass and later i fuckk off them by getting a good package nd tech stack change within next few days of trying somewhere else .
And on so called day of joining just before night i told to HR match my offer , tech stack Domain n role else your wish bt i won't join you because inside i know the hike i got n tech role which i was getting from another company is way more better than this CTS and from that day CTS , infy , TCS And such kind companies are in my block list .
Coz it hurts me alot bt after that there is different energy & motivation I got and because of that different package & tech role comes in my hand 😌🤝
I want to thanks CTS for such experience because of them i am able to change my tech stack ( React JS) and package too.
So the author don't grill in between such chutzpahs shared by LTI in your life, go try somewhere else nd don't hope on them.
Once you got the offer , then show the real aukat of that HR once she call you to join.
Nahi aega koi offer...lti bahut fuddu company hai...I cleared 2 rounds twice in last 4months n each time hr said position is on hold, basically they are looking for cheap labour

Even Oracle india does the same , they took 7 round of interview and then even clearing all round they have put profile on hold as they need budget approval n all , it's been trend in these days that company gives different excuse just to save cost
Do you have any other offers as well? If no, then please continue your hustle.
Don't rely only on one offer in the current market
Many companies are freezing hiring or revoking offers, I hope you have not resigned before you even got the offer.
I hope you also have a backup offer in hand
Just try for others companies, also I suggest you not to aim for MNC with high package if ur previous experience is in MNC. Better get offer from mid level with expected package.
The same is the case with Hexaware and Tech M....and others .....
They are looking for people eager to join with low salaries......so they wait till last moment before releasing your offer.....so i would suggest not to fully rely on them and start seaching for other opportunities.....
Standard HR practise - they do it all the time. Just don't wait / have hopes + i hope you haven't resigned. Look elsewhere.
