I have received offer from Ensono with 30LPA including 10% variable pay. I am holding 17 year experience in Mainframe. I am not sure this is fine to accept this offer with current market trend or to go with negotiate more on it.

Compare With current ctc, it is almost 40% more, but variable pay is more in this case.

How Ensono pay variable pay, will they pay 80-100% or less than this range?

I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call.
