Offer: 18 (C CTC=8.62)

Having other offer of Developer,
Capgemini=15, I asked for 17
EY: HR discussion pending.
PWC, Persistent: L2 pending
INFY: Didn't take offer low budget.

Please advise for my experience 18 LPA is good? Or should I ask more?

I did so much hard work learning and hands on dev side.

Please advise in best way. Overall, I liked Globant but the role.

Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.
