Can't compare with product based companies. You get to work on Big4 projects but minus the usually bad wlb issues that come with it.
In terms of perks, they offer internet reimbursements if working remotely. Partnered as Technology alliances in some places where they offer trainings and certification vouchers. Before lockdown, they would offer free daily evening snacks and select morning breakfasts, not sure if that happens now. Goodies like Diwali sweets, gifts (bags or clothing apparels) once or twice a year. You get a chance to work on global teams often Argentina based folks and it can be a enriching experience, some of them are too good.
Cons wise, not much to pin point. With attrition, their talent pool looks diluted, some not so great, mediocre folks have joined at both junior and senior levels which doesn't help towards building a good stimulating work env. WLB can get bad in few projects and upper project management is often helpless in resolving client conflicts. Otherwise, it's a good place to work but you can't compare it to a product company for sure.
