Now again I have another counter offer, should I ask them to revise my offer letter again?

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? I gave google silicon interview all 4 rounds 3+ months back, from then they are saying they want to hire me but headcount approval is not yet received.
Last week they said, lets go for one more round and finalize immediately. That interview also went very good.
Post that they didn't call back itself, they have stopped responding also.

Has anybody faced this issue? This I feel completely unprofessional and not really expected from Google.
