Says captive org's work culture is way better than service based org wrt yoy hikes and bonuses & asking me to make a choice if I get better offer from service based org😐 Yoe - 12.6 Offer - 25lpa (all fixed) Tech stack - reactjs / spring boot Corp title/ job title - Asst mgr / tech lead Is it worth it to join bnp despite less pay compared to other org's?
