Hi guys a quick check. I have 3 applications open on Lloyds for the same profile filled by recruiters. All my interview rounds have gone really well plus they mentioned there was no budget issue. I just received an email from talent pooling stating my profile got rejected. Not sure if it is for the one that I was interviewed. They have kept me in this process for over 4 months now. My behavioural was on Wednesday. Any opinions or anyone faced the same issue?

I was told to apply to a hospital job by someone interested in interviewing me. The recruiter reached out. Asked for my availability but then didn’t respond when I gave her my availability. I followed up. We scheduled a phone call (she said she’d call) and then she didn’t call! At this point, I’m thinking they’re totally disorganized. Is this common practice? I’ve never dealt with a recruiter so I don’t know.
