I have two offers in hand for senior python developer
1. Brillio with 10 LPA fixed
2. Loopr ai 13 LPA fixed permanent WFH

while brillio has kind of established itself.
Loopr ai is a start-up, probably not even few years.

I need suggestions which would be better,
Should I take a risk to join a start-up after leaving MNC like Wipro ?

Need advice on where to live for a mid 20s couple moving to Colorado from dc area, specifically in the Denver area (although my team is fully remote, so the occasionally office visit isn’t a concern). We like to: ski/snowboard, hike and explore, travel, occasionally go out to cool restaurants.
1. Colorado Springs: visited multiple times. Loved it, inexpensive.

The wife recently made a career pivot into logistics. She has been doing it for a year now and has been pitching/leading projects so definitely showing leadership but she started generally at entry level and, being remote, the competition for leadership roles is much higher.
