Hi! I just accepted a Relationship Banker II role in Allen, TX. My offer letter was 50k base and 1k guaranteed commission a month first year. I just graduated w a degree in Business Administration. Basically the info I got on how commission works was pretty vague. Anyway I wanted to see what someone I’m their 1st or 2nd year can realistically expect to on average make in commission a year in this role. Also what do bonuses in the role look like? I’m hoping to just hear some ballpark numbers! JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase

If you fully utilise 80C and 80CCD, you don't have to pay any tax for this package.
Also you may not have to fully utlize these things as sone of your package must be going to Medical Insurance, Gratuity and Professional tax, employer contribution for PF.
So subtract those from your package and then subtract your contribution to PF which should be ₹1800 per month. And then divide it by 12. That should be your monthly in hand.
For example let say, in 7 LPA.
20000 is Gratuity
2400 is Professional tax (200 per month assumed)
5000 for towards your medical Insurance
21600 is your employers PF contribution
21600 is your own pf contribution.
So your net in hand income will be
629400. Or ₹52540 per month
Now if you want to pay zero tax
If have to take exemption/deduction for (629400-500000)=129400.
which you do as room rent, loan intrest etc.
Or invest for 80C/80CCD
Thank you @kreethi technologies. That was quite helpful
