Responsibilities - Performance marketing, PPC campaign management, SEO Strategy and anything digital related to existing company.

I am moving from a B2B consulting company to B2B product company with a very small size team on a 50% jumo from my existing 8.5LPA.

1) Is this a good jump according to market standards?
2) what other upskills do u recommend as an overall portfolio growth in future?
3) How often do you switch in a digital marketing field?

Anyone know Director comp for Pfizer? They don’t have Associate Director roles, so I’m not sure what the comp will look like.

3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Am I on the right track?

I have offers from Airtel and VMware, can anyone suggest which one would be better.
Package is almost same, it's just that airtel is giving all fixed but VMware has annual bonus and RSU's.

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? Or should i just try to find a job with a salary that covers a nanny salary and accept that i will never see my son on weekdays (which would be sad for both of us)? TIA!

I have an offer for Tech mahindra with DOJ 5th April.
I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

Company considers the woman a riskier bet due to possibility she’ll take maternity leave — and considers the man less risky for his ineligibility to take as much leave. 🤷

Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right! I knew the tickets would be expensive, was willing to pay $400 to $500 a ticket as long as they were decent.
