Hi everyone, I graduated with a bachelor’s in May and work at a pharmaceutical company as a research associate. I’m on a contract but I will be converted to permanent by beginning of next year. I really need help from everyone here: I am a tax senior, and I have offer from both EY and MNP. I was at Deloitte earlier and I am not sure which to pick. Same package/benefits. While EY is a great firm and the partners are amazing and all experiences of Big4 and it's resources, MNP has this charm of a Canadian firm and great culture. I don't know much but people say MNP is a great organization. The people I will work with are all amazing to speak during interview. What to do now?

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

I am currently working as a paralegal in a small/mid sized firm where compensation as far as salary is limited. Recently I have decided to leave and have started doing initial interviews with very large firms. When the question of compensation always comes up of course I want to say the highest number possible. Is this a turn off?
