Hi guys, I recently got selected in Sanofi, but before accepting the offer letter, I want to know a few things, please help me understand 1. How is WLB ( compared to ZS) 2. WFH and WFO split 3. Will they allow WFO to me for the initial few months ( due to some personal reasons) 4. What all components are there in FCP? 5. Parents are not covered under the company's insurance, what will be the monthly premium to add them as well

Hello everyone!
Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?

Any leads would be highly helpful.

WLB - You will have to stretch a bit more than zs. Because of lack of experience within the team
WFH - depends on Project manager
FCP - YOU CAN chose among HRA etc but PF amount is too much as compared to ZS (Offer letter amount includes employer level amount but same amount will be deducted from your salary as well.) Net and Net if 16 fixed in zs is 100 rs it will be 60 rs in sanofi because of FCP and PF. Gratuity is also part of your fixed component in sanofi so expect that deduction as well.
Premium depends on your plan - Market level rates only
These details are based on my role in Sanofi (Senior Analayst) but may vary as per your role
I have 5600 as a PF amount per month in CTC, SO 11,200 rs get cut from my salary every month? And FCP is fixed pay in salary for every month?
In which technology you've worked in ZS?
