I work in Fintech Treasury, set up the treasury process of multiple projects, revamping processes, implementing SOPs, streamlining fund flows, led my analysts on up-skilling, PIC on key BAUs (Cash management / investment / Corp finance / FX).

This is the last straw so... anyone hiring? :)

I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.
