Hi guys...if anyone has switched from dev/qa/support to data science/data analyst could you share your experience.

I am an IT architect with 10 years of experience specifically in Salesforce products. I am thinking of moving from a strategy consulting role to an architecture role in Salesforce (company) itself. I have experience building tech strategies and also technical project delivery.

Wondering if it makes sense to apply for an Enterprise Architect (pre-sales) or a Senior Technical Architect role??

Also in terms of seniority and salary are these roles any different?

How to make a leap from UI/UX into product design? What skills should a PD have? With 5 YOE and I still feel like a junior. I have a good eye for visual design, but I'm a bit scared of the business strategy, analytics and testing part. Where do I start to learn those skills? I know the basics of testing and conducting workshops, but I don't know how to develop those skills further. My company focuses on UI and I haven't been lucky to land a PD job. Do companies really look for all those skills?

Does anyone teach in class elementary, middle, or high school and also teaches college level? If so, how did you get the college level job? I have a masters and specialist degree and teach in class. I also want to teach college level online but have a hard time either finding a position available or applying. Looking for opportunities to work in my field eventually. I’m almost certified in project management through Google. Since I was previously trained in project management, I’m doing sometimes a week or 2 weeks worth of google coursework in one evening. I have used project management tools to improve processes and business outcomes ($$) in my jobs. And I have worked to teach others these principles to improve efficiency.

I'll switch to a startup as the only data engineer and will closely work with all the Head ofs + the CTO.

Trying to get into a t25 program, studying currently for the GMAT. I see a ton of people posting how they started off in the 600s and got into 700s. Are there others who started in high 400s or low 500s that got into the high 600s or 700s? Trying to encourage a friend of mine and looking for positive feedback if possible lol. They’re currently at 510s (I’m 540) and shooting to get into upper 600s at a minimum.
