I've 3.4 years of workex and they are offering 8.33 plus bonus 0-25%.
Can anyone please guide how is work environment in KPMG and how much does an acon get paid on average in big4?

Iam having 4.6 years of experience. Initial 3 yrs as .Net full stack dev & remaining as power apps dev.
What should be the CTC as per the market standards

PWC india is offering 15.5 lpa + 2 lpa Join in bonus + VP(not mentioned) and senior consultant 2.
