Hi, I just got an offer for a rotational program post grad. For the most part, I will be working at the city where my family and SO is at but they mentioned that I’ll have to relocate for 6 months to another location. Honestly, I don’t really want to do that, I would’ve been fine if it were frequent visits (rather than moving). Any thoughts or advice on how I should negotiate this? Hi Fishes, I was hired by Optum as Tableau Developer in June 2021. One year passed and I was just doing support and maintenance work on Tableau dashboards (no new development). Now the company wants me to work on Power BI and convert all dashboards into it. I want to make my career in Tableau and I don't want to work on Power BI as I find it hard as compared to Tableau also less interesting. My last company also does the same thing so I left that company within 6 months. Optum
