CCTC: 21.50 LPA with veriable
Evernorth CTC: 27 LPA with veriable

They gave me 30% hike on my CCTC is this Evernorth giving hike or they gave me very less for this position wrt. experience

My brother is a b.com graduate(2020 passed out) and looking for a job.
The problem here is because Finance jobs requires exceptional skills and academics due to which he is not able to get shortlisted for most job interview screening, he is receiving interview calls from great companies but not able to convert them.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now.
