I have an offer from Accenture S&C - TS&A unit, they are offering 37 Lpa (29fixed +8variable)

Need honest suggestions.
YOE - 6 years
No MBA, normal Btech graduate.

On WLB, job security, project, bench policy, type of work.

I have to decide whether I should stay at Oracle or resign here
