I go an offer from capgemini of 8.40 lpa doj is dec 01, 2022.

Right now i am in TCS. Serving notice period. LWD Is Nov 25, 2022.

I got the offer letter but still my hr keep on saying please negotiate your notice period even when they have already released the offer letter for dec 01, 2022.

I wanna khow that if i dont get my nottice period negotiated, will it effect my joining at Capgemini??
Like getting joining canceled or something?
