I am from Bangalore and works at EY. Currently iam being interviewed at Deloitte. This job requires me to relocate to hydrabad. I might get a hike of 30%. But relocating to hydrabad with only 30% hike is fair ??
How can I communicate the HR for more than 30% hike ? Plz help

The pay is 6 figures it is fully remote, the benefits are insanely good and it can be your second job if you are very good. If you are great, it’s probably 15-20 hours of work per weeks.
