Hi Guys one doubt currently I am SG5 (my joining grade) almost 2 YOE currently my CTC is around 11LPA inc all i just want to know when will i get promoted to SG6 and the actually salary range in these grades I am bit confused what is the maximum range in SG5 and starting range in SG6.l am really not getting this grades and their salary ranges. All conflicts/background check went smoothly etc. Since accepting my offer, the firm has increased their 1st year pay across the board to be higher than my offer was (which was, at the time, what 2nd yeas got). If you see an associate has really low hours for the month, do you imagine them chillen on a beach somewhere or do you consider they probably spent most of their days sitting in front of the computer being “available”? 2. If you send an associate a random e-mail on a weekend like “Can you pull X and send to Y”, would you get annoyed if they responded saying they weren’t by a comp or would you consider it reasonable that they wouldn’t be by a comp on a weekend?
