Hi Guys, recently I received offers from 1. CTS & 2. EY GDS. EY offer is way lesser than my 1st offer from CTS, citing my low current salary. So, I haven't accepted the EY offer yet in the hope that it will be revised. Tech : SAP BW & SAC Planning, YOE 13 yrs, role offer : SCON 3, 26.5 fixed. I believe I should get around 32 fixed & HR is low balling me both on role & salary. Suggest me some strategies to get this offer revised.

Hey all, I’ve recently joined EY consulting from another Big 4 and have noticed there’s no discipline (at least in my team) around codes and charging time. People either charge a standard 7 hrs or some will charge time spent on internal activities to their client code.

I was told that “the last person to charge their actual hours worked was promptly booted off the project”.

I have been at my current firm for about 1.5 years, and in that entire time the partner in my group hasn't been out of the office a single time. Is that normal? I have been working with Kantar (a market research company) for 10 months now. The company has given me permanent work from home. Work is quite good and I am able to learn many things here. Also, my manager is very supportive and patient.
The only thing is about compensation, I have a package of 14 lpa with 6 YOE.
