Hi guys. This is Akhil. Recently i have attended the walk in for ml data associate at amazon in hyderabad and i have successfully cleared all 3 rounds. My final interview got scheduled in kerala and they asked me to attend the interview in one day which is logistically not possible for me so i could not attend the interview. I wrote this to the hr clearly and explained everything in the mail but unfortunately i didnot get any response in return. help me raise this escalation.

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

Just finished my 2nd round of interviews with Deloitte for the GPS analyst position. I think they went well but I want more options in case I don’t get an offer. I’m a life sciences graduate from UT Austin, any recommendations? Doesn’t have to be life science/healthcare specific, although that’s my preference.

What puzzles do people generally get as a question in senior data analyst role interviews ?

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. On the other hand, it's hard for me to imagine negotiating because (given my inexperience), I don't feel I'd be able to do better anywhere else. Any advice?
