I am posting it here to be aware while interviewing for technical positions at HTC global services. Currently they are on hiring freeze so they will be interviewing you but will ghost you or will not release offer letter even after clearing all interview rounds.

I have seen many people left their previous job but didn't recieve offer letter from HTC and now they are in trouble and crying. Please avoid this company as much as you can. They are scamming candidates who wants higher LPA.

I'm moving from Tennessee to the St. Louis area to be closer to family. I was offered a role as a CPA Lawyer with a salary of $65,093, is this considered a good offer for the area?

What is the approximate package offered in a product based company to "Software Engineering Manager" with 15 years of total experience ?

Anyone have idea on below companies. Which is better in terms of WLB & hikes? Both offering almost same CTC.

Hi, my I485 is pending. Priority is July 2014 EB3. I-485J is for a software developer but I moved to different role (HR) within the same company. How will it affect my GC processing? Is there a way I can move to a different company in HR? Or is it best to stay with the same company until I get my GC?
