I'm joining tomorrow, do we need to bring any documents other than the offer letter as everything is submitted in the portal and e-signed.. whom do we need to contact for onboarding on the first day ? Do we need to visit the office or will they inform us when to come to collect the laptop & ID? Kindly share your experience..

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

I recently cleared technical interview for HCL technologies. I had discussion with the HR and we agreed on a figure as my CTC. He said that he would get the necessary approvals from recruitment manager. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received any updates.
