How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

Why’re all FSO practices hiring data and analytics people when FSO already have a DNA practice? Is DNA only a higher cost Cognizant or Tata?

Anyone here ever struggled working at a private practice during your first year as a licensed counselor? I work well with the clients but I find it difficult to accept the pay I receive for the amount of work I do and is required. I’ll go first- I’ll tell myself to not overshare, especially to the manager. People will generally make an image of you and judge you on basis of that even if you have changed a lot.
