Due to growing family responsibilities, I want to switch my domain which involves less coding as in my current company there is lot of pressure and core coding development is there which forces me to quit . Want some suggestions which course/certificate I should do or how I should proceed further.

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’ve been in a near constant depressive/anxious state for family reasons for the last year and half, and am soon having my first kid. Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now. Our dog has been acting out ever since we brought home our newborn and also bit our groomer. Trainer has me terrified that the dog will hurt the baby but my heart is breaking that I can’t give any “love” to my dog right now. Any similar experiences or thoughts?

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.

Do you think all these violent and hate filled attacks are because people aren't getting the emotional/mental support they need, whether it's therapy at any age or help they needed but didn't get from a social worker as a child? My coworker is sure this is the case, but I honestly think there's actually something deeper wrong either with how these people are being raised as children, or how the warning signs these people give off are ignored or swept under the rug to save face.

We started back in August in distance learning mode, core subjects only. So no STEM classes. One of our 8th grade teachers was out on maternity leave, so I was asked to take that spot for the first semester.
